Mr. Witold Jaworski graduated from the Poznan University of Economics with the PhD title in the economics area.
He has a wide professional experience in the insurance sector.
His career began in 1995 from working for an American company Tillinghast Towers Perrin in Frankfurt. The following five years he spent covering analytical positions in the global management consulting firm McKinsey & Company.
From 1996 to 2010 he was a part of a scientific team and being in charge of teaching and research assignments in insurance finance and strategy at Poznan University of Economics.
Mr. Witold Jaworski from May 2004 till December 2012 was linked to the PZU Group and he filled the following positions:

• Supervisory Board Member in PZU Lietuva and PZU Lietuva Life
• Head of Motor Insurance Product Management, Head of P&C Product Department, Managing Director P&C, Products and Sales in PZU S.A., Product Management Department / Sales Department
• Supervisory Board Member in PZU Pension Fund (Vice Chairman), PZU TFI (Chairman) Board Member in PZU Non-Life and PZU Life

After two years at the position of CEO in Polish branch of Allianz, once more he joined the Management Board of PZU Group. He is responsible for Marketing Department: Bureau of Product Management, Marketing Office, Analysis and Actuarial Office, the area of analytical CRM, Director of the Individual Client Segment, Director of Customer Segment SME).

Enthusiast of new technologies, fascinated by digital revolution in healthcare. Constantly strives to understand patient experience, aiming to transform and elevate it leveraging knowledge gained in finance, sales, customer service, and data analytics.

President of the Management Board, founder of CUK Insurance, the largest insurance multiagency in Poland, today with 330 branches in Poland. He became interested in the insurance market as a student of the Faculty of Economic Sciences and Management of the Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń. Immediately after graduation, he founded the CUK Insurance Company, which successfully guided and led to the next stages of development. CUK Insurance is the most recognizable brand among insurance advisors and a company that works effectively in many sales channels.

Mr. Mariusz Cholewa is a graduate of the University of Gdańsk, the Faculty of Management. In 2005 he obtained his PhD Degree in Economics. He also completed postgraduate studies in Banking and Finance, with the specialisation in Investment Banking, conducted by the London Guidhall University, the Gdańsk Banking Academy and the University of Gdańsk.
In the years 1993 -1998 he cooperated with the Gdańsk Banking Academy, as a Management Board member, participating at the same time in the research on the financial restructuring of enterprises and banks pursued by the Gdańsk Institute of Market Economics. In the years 1995 -2003 he was an associate professor at the Faculty of Management at the University of Gdańsk. In the period of 2007 – 2010 he was the CEO of Bank Rozwoju Cukrownictwa S.A. In 1998 Mariusz Cholewa joined Bank Handlowy w Warszawie S.A. (Citi Handlowy), where he held a number of managerial positions, and till April 2013 he was the Director of the Strategy Department. He was a member of supervisory boards of many companies for e.g.: banks, investment and insurance companies including public granted companies. In the years 2012 – 2013 he was a member of Biuro Informacji Kredytowej S.A. Supervisory Board.
He has been the President of the BIK Management Board since June 2013. He is also the President of the Supervisory Board of BIG InfoMonitor S.A. – Economic Information Bureau.
Since June 2017 he has been the VicePresident of the Management Board of ACCIS (Association of Consumer Credit Information Suppliers) that represents the largest group of credit registers in the world.

Rafał Hiszpański holds degrees in Law from the University of Warsaw and in Management from Warsaw School of Economics. Hiszpański joins Euler Hermes from WARTA Group. At WARTA he initially created and managed the debt collection and commercial service departments. He then led the back office integration project at KBC Polska Group and headed the administration departments at Kredyt Bank S.A. and WARTA Group companies. At the same time, he was president of the management board of Warta Nieruchomości Sp. z o.o. Most recently, he held the position of managing director at TUiR Warta S.A., in charge of insurance sales for private and corporate clients, including a sales network of external partners.

Since January 2014 Paweł has been the Director of the Services and Consulting Department and a member of Leadership in the Polish branch of Microsoft. Paweł joined Microsoft almost 5 years ago as FSI Lead in EPG segment. Together with the team he was responsible for serving the largest Polish banks and insurance companies. As a result of his consistent delivery and ability to build sustainable business Paweł was awarded a Platinum Club FY13. Additionally, he proved his seniority and leadership in couple of initiatives e.g. Microsoft Executive Circle or board membership in Banking Technology Forum of the Polish Banking Association. Before joining Microsoft, Paweł spent 15 years on FSI market on business side in Kredyt Bank, Gerling, Zurich Financial Services as Sales & Marketing Director including executive VP/Board Member role in Zurich/Inter. He was responsible for 5 years for sales and marketing in Software AG, leading web Methods division and BPM team and delivered the significant business growth in Poland. During the merger with WebMethods he was responsible for the area of business processes and middle ware.

Dr. Jerzy Kalinowski, partner in KPMG Management Consulting, responsible for Technology, Media, and Telecommunications (TMT) sector in Central & Eastern Europe. Head of Digital Innovation and Startups.
Jerzy joined KPMG in 2004, and he specializes in strategic and operational consulting for TMT sector companies. He has delivered consulting projects for telco companies in over 15 countries. Prior to joining KPMG, he worked on C-level positions in various companies: as CEO of AMG.net (currently Atos Polska), CEO of i-start.pl (Venture Capital fund focused on investment into digital startups), and as chairman of supervisory board of Optimus Group (being also the member of supervisory boards of Onet.pl, PAGI, Optimus Lockheed Martin, Optimus real Estate. Earlier, Jerzy was director of strategic consulting in PricewaterhouseCoopers, responsible for telecommunications sector in Poland. He started his professional career as Assistant Professor at the Institute of Telecommunications, Warsaw University of Technology. Jerzy worked also in technology R&D in Poland and USA.
Jerzy holds M. Sc. In Electrical Eng. from University of Rochester (USA), M. Sc. In Telecommunications, and Ph. D. in Computer Eng. both from Warsaw University of Technology, and he completed also Management Development Program at IMD in Lausanne.

From September 2019, Jolanta Karny is the head of sales in the Aviva group and is responsible for the areas of sales, marketing, direct, digitization and strategy. Previously she was responsible for the property insurance business line.
She started working at Aviva in 2003 as an actuarial assistant, and then was promoted in this area. In 2010, she became the director of the sales network activation department, and in 2012-2014 she was the audit director. In 2014-2016, she was responsible for the area of ​​strategy and transformation.
She graduated from the Faculty of Physics at the University of Warsaw, and obtained a PhD in economics at the Collegium of Economic Analysis of the Warsaw School of Economics. She also completed postgraduate studies in Business Management at the University of Tennessee in Knoxville, investment consulting at the Academy of Leon Koźmiński and organization development at Said Oxford Business School. She participated in Aviva’s global development programs.

Sławomir Łopalewski has graduated from Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań, Warsaw School of Economics and IESE Business School University of Navarra/ AMP. He also studied at the Poznań University of Economics. He completed management courses in Harvard Business School and Kellogg School of Management in the USA. Since 2008 he has been associated with Nordea Life&Pensions (now PKO Życie Towarzystwo Ubezpieczeń S.A.)- first as a Board adviser, later as a member of the Board of Nordea Life & Pensions responsible for the sales department. In 2010 he has been appointed a CEO of the company. What is more, he has a rich experience in work for a renown consulting companies like Coopers& Lybrand (now PricewaterhouseCoopers), Cap Gemini Ernst&Young as well as Deloitte Advisory, where he was a manager in charge of strategic consulting for the companies in the financial sector.

Since 2017 co-creates and leads innovation department in Medicover called Health Innovators. His responsibilities focus on monitoring, piloting and implementing new, innovative solutions around healthcare and wellness. Health Innovators goal is to create better and new services and products, increase patient satisfaction, optimize cost and create unique solutions that will increase medical quality.
In years 2010-2017 Maciej was working in IBM. He had various roles within the company, starting with consultant role, project manager on e-Health National programme, ending on two years of leading role for development and selling of IBM Watson artificial intelligence solutions for Poland and Baltics.
Maciej finished Warsaw and Poznań Universities of Technology on faculty of robotics.

Adam Malinowski graduated from Management faculty of University of Warsaw as well as MBA studies from University AUBG in Sofia. He also studied on Physics faculty and went through Top Talent Training Programme, the international program for Generali Group’s Managers.

He has got an extensive experience in sales management in financial sector, implementing restructuring programs, process digitalization, such as sales portals and development of own sales network. He was leading sales of non-life, life and health.

Currently he is MB Vice-president responsible for Sales and Marketing in Signal Iduna Poland. Earlier he was part of Management Board team in Generali Poland, dealing with multiagents, own network and call center. In a period of 2014-2016 he was acting as Business Development Department Director in PZU. Earlier he was involved with Generali Group fulfilling managerial functions in Poland and abroad. He started his career in banking sector. In a period 2018-2019 was appointed as president of distribution committee in Polish Insurance Chamber.

Piotr Narloch has graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Gdansk. He has also completed the postgraduate studies at the Warsaw School of Banking and Insurance, as well as European Insurance Studies in Gdynia. Piotr Narloch has been active in the insurance industry for over 20 years. His professional career began in 1992 in Hestia Sopot as a financial insurance specialist. His next positions were Head of Financial Insurance Department and Head of Sales. In 1999-2001 he used to work for Generali Polska, being responsible for product development and establishing the systems and structures for sales. He also respectively took a function of a board member at Inter Poland and Inter Life, where he was responsible for the sales department, product development and marketing. Since September 2002 a president of the management board of Concordia Polska Group’s companies: Concordia Polska TUW, Concordia Capital and Concordia Innowacje. Currently Mr Narloch is a president of the management board of InterRisk TU SA Vienna Insurance Group. Piotr Narloch has also participated in many local and international courses, conferences and seminars related to insurance, i.e. risk management, negotiations in insurance, insurance marketing and management of insurance companies’ financial assets.

Piotr Nawrocki works in automotive industry since 2004 and since 2010 focuses mostly on introducing innovative, Israeli tech companies to the market in Central and Eastern Europe. Until now, Piotr has introduced to the CEE market such companies as Mobileye (MBLY, recently purchased by INTEL), Trackimo and Ituran Location and Control (ITRN). Currently Piotr`s main focus is put on building European market presence for Ituran, which is one of the biggest telematics providers in the world for fleets as well as for insurance industry.

His understanding of the financial industry’s challenges and trends stems from over 20 years of projects executed on Polish and international markets. These projects included, among the others, the establishment of new financial entities, company consolidations, and comprehensive digital transformations.

A graduate of the Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń and the University of Hamburg. Anna Rulkiewicz also completed postgraduate studies at the Polish-French Insurance Institute and a series of training courses in the field of management, sales, communication, marketing (including 3-year managerial studies), organized under the certified insurance programme LIMRA “Marketing Strategies for Executive Advancement” (LIMRA Executive Development Group). She has also completed several other management, sales, finance, marketing and banking courses. Since 2007 she has been the President of the Management Board of LUX MED Group. Since the end of 2011, she has also been the Managing Director of LMG Försäkrings AB, which operates in Poland under the brand LUX MED Insurance. She participates in the works of a team for public services appointed within the framework of the Council for Social Dialogue. She is a Vice-President of the Polish Olympic Committee Council. In July 2016 she was appointed Vice President of the Employers of Poland Association and in June 2017 she was unanimously elected for the next term as the President of the Association of Private Employers of Medicine. In 2018 she was appointed by the Minister of Health to the Social Council of the nationwide debate “Together for Health – we listen, talk, act.” She is also a member of the „PracoDawca Zdrowia” Chapter, the Ministry of Health program, aimed at recognising employers acting in favour of their employees’ health. From 2016 to 2018 she was a member of the Public Health Council. She was also a Member of the Supervisory Board of Bank Handlowy SA (2013-2017).

Since 2012 leads UNILINK – the largest insurance multiagency in Poland, with annual premium written of PLN 350 million. The company focuses on P&C insurance and has been developing its life and health insurance business for 2 years. Unilink partners with 6 000 insurance Agents in whole Poland.
During 2010-2012 Igor Rusinowski had a role of Management Board Member at Link4, with responsibility for development of traditional sales channels.
Before that he worked for the British insurance group RSA, where starting from 2008 r. had a role in Regional Management Board with responsibility for strategy and business development in Central and Eastern Europe. RSA was the owner of Link4 at that time.
Earlier Igor worked in leading consulting companies: PricewaterhouseCoopers and McKinsey & Company, advising banking and insurance clients in Poland, United States and Europe.
Igor graduated from Warsaw School of Economics (SGH) and holds MBA from Kellogg School of Management in Chicago. He is also a member of international association of chartered accountants – ACCA.

Manager and innovator with several years of experience in the insurance and financial industries. He created insurance premium financing market in Poland. Prior to founding Bacca Cezary worked as management consultant for the biggest financial institutions in Poland and in the CEE.

A graduate of the. Nicolaus Copernicus in Torun, postgraduate studies in Information Technology at the Warsaw University of Technology, master`s degree studies at the Faculty of Management at the University of Warsaw and the Higher School of Entrepreneurship and Management. Leon Kozminski – MBA IT, participant of doctoral studies at the SGH Management Department in Warsaw. He has extensive experience in managing organizations, especially in areas that use information technology. She has developed and implemented business strategies for many organizations as well as overseeing the functioning of business entities as a member of supervisory boards. Since 2009 related to the insurance sector. In the UFG, as Managing Director, she was responsible for the development of the information function of the Information Center. It also coordinated activities related to the optimization and technological support of key processes implemented by the UFG. From June 2016 he was a Member of the Board of the UFG.

He manages the business operations at PiLab – an innovative Polish technology company that has created the DataWalk analytical platform. With its unique, patented technology, DataWalk allows fast integration of data from many external and internal sources within days. The DataWalk platform is used in the financial and insurance sectors in areas such as fraud detection, anti-money laundering, and analysis and monitoring of business process. Paweł earned Masters degree in Logistics and Quality Management from Wroclaw University of Technology, and a Ph.D. in Economics from Wroclaw University of Economics. He frequently lectures at Universities and in other forums.

Marek Witulski graduated from the Faculty of Electronics of the Gdańsk University of Technology with a specialization in biomedical devices. He has been associated with Siemens for over 25 years. Currently, he manages a team of over a dozen product managers in the areas of computed tomography, magnetic resonance, nuclear medicine, X-ray, angiography and C-arms. In 2018-2019 he worked at the Siemens headquarter in Erlangen (Germany), where he was responsible for the Direct Sales area for 11 countries. Previously, he managed, among others the business division of Advanced Therapies (angiography, C-arms) and the divisions of ultrasound and computed tomography. In the first years of work at Siemens, Marek was also involved in carrying out service works in many modalities of imaging diagnostics and solutions accompanying therapy, as well as for the marketing of maintenance services. Before his work at Siemens, in 1991-1994 he worked as an assistant at the Radiology Department of the Provincial Hospital in Olsztyn.

A graduate of the University of Silesia, Faculty of Social Sciences and the direction of Health Insurance at the University of Economics in Katowice. In the years 1999 – 2016 he worked in the financial and insurance industry, a. o. for Amplico AIG Life, ING, Pramerica, Signal Iduna, managing sales areas and specializing in the development of insurance products. Since starting work on the Employee Capital Plans project, he is a member of the inter-ministerial team that develops the assumptions of the Program. As a representative of the project team, he analyzed and consulted foreign solutions of employee savings plans.

Graduated from the Koźminski University in Warsaw with a degree in Marketing, Management and Finance & Banking. His wide-range knowledge in the field of strategic management he acquired at the School of Economics and Management at Lund University in Sweden. Moreover, he accomplished International Consulting training in Audencia Nantes Management School. He gained his experience i.a. at Frosta A.G. in Bremerhaven, where he reported directly to the Marketing Director. He performed functions of general director of the Association of Frozen Foods, that brings together dozens of biggest producers of frozen food on Polish market, including representatives of global brands such as: Unilever, Farm Frites, Bonduelle. While working in the Warsaw International Fair he has contributed to organisation of three editions of the largest motor show in Poland – Warsaw International Motor Show. Subsequently, he worked in Expomedia Events Warsaw, where he held the position of director for business development and sponsorship relations. The next stage of his career was transition to conference sector.

Jan Zimowicz – member of the Management Board of Aegon Life responsible for sales, marketing and
products. He has been working for the Aegon Group since July 2016. Previously he worked at
Nationale-Nederlanden as a Marketing Director and member of the Management Board and at
Oracle, as Strategy and Insight Program Director for EMEA region. He was also employed at Credit
Agricole Bank Poland and Accenture. Jan Zimowicz is a graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics,
Warsaw University of Technology. He earned an Executive MBA degree from the Warsaw University
of Technology in cooperation with the London Business School, HEC Paris and the Norwegian School
of Economics.
