The 13. FinTech & 12. InsurTech Digital Congress will be held between the 17th and 18th of May in The Westin Warsaw Hotel. The event will again gather key industry experts who will analyze current trends in the technology development of the financial and insurance sectors.
The Global Fintech Landscape debate will constitute the introduction to the two-day-long discussion. First, the presenters will touch upon crucial subjects of the fintech and insurtech industries of 2023, among others, the issues of resilience in times of crisis, challenges for banking and insurance sectors connected with the global recession, the perspective of new opportunities and macro-economic challenges in the context of geopolitical changes. Next, the experts will focus on issues regarding the market clearing process resulting from the changes in economic climate – investments in the era of the digital economy, reasons for financial braking in Poland, and implementation directions of modern technological solutions.
The next panel will be entitled #ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE & DATA KINGDOM. It will constitute talks concerning data synergy, artificial intelligence, and its business potential. Furthermore, during the debates on cyber-security and blockchain, the experts will discuss in detail the most critical aspects and challenges regarding the development of technologies in fintech and insurtech.
The second day will be devoted to regulatory issues and emerging trends in the fintech and insurtech sectors. The experts will analyze the influence of legal changes on the financial and insurance sector (e.g., regulatory challenges in financial innovations, changes regarding the Data Act and DORA, the consequences of MiCA regulation, and the NIS 2 Directive in the banking sector). The experts will discuss new trends in the financial industry, e.g., the subjects regarding alternative funding sources, the attractive character of non-bank loans, BNPL, cross-border services, open banking, investment platforms, and Embedded Finance. There will also be a discussion concerning the future of cryptographic space.
The perspectives of insurance sector development will be analyzed in the context of digital – automation and simplification of insurance processes, the realization of ESG strategy, modeling of risk management strategy, and development of Embedded Insurance and Open Insurance. The speakers will also discuss the subjects connected with the key customer needs in 2023 and issues connected with shaping and maintaining a high level of Customer Experience. They will also focus on issues regarding Managing employee experiences.
The FinTech & InsurTech Digital Congress event is the key congress on the map of industry events. The event is directed at representatives of the banking and insurance sector, fintechs, insurtechs, loan companies, law firms, investors, technology companies, IT, startups and representatives of state administration and consulting companies.
