10. FinTech & 9. InsurTech Digital Congress will be held on September 29-30, 2021 in a hybrid formula: stationary at The Westin Warsaw hotel and in the form of online broadcast. Experts and key representatives of the fintech and insurtech industry in Poland will summarize the current trends and factors shaping the condition of the sector.
The leading idea for the September congress will be Fintech 2.0 – a trend in which fintech is the main element integrated into the models of building value in business. The inaugural panel will be based on the analysis of the new wave, according to which fintech has become linked to the economy and has become part of a large ecosystem. The process of shaping a mature fintech as well as the attractiveness of Polish fintechs will be explored from the point of view of investors, based on practical cases. Inthe following sections, topics related to the perception of fintech and insurtech solutions by traditional market players will be discussed. There will be elements such as challenges in building new era fintechs, the condition of Polish fintechs, new business models of banks, Embedded Finance & Insurance acceleration, investment in insurtechs, Insurance as-a-service.

In subsequent panels, speakers will focus on the topic of data use in the insurance and financial sector, as well as evaluate hybrid and digital customer experiences and customer communication in 2022. Experts will also talk about developing and building value in the payments market. They will also discuss issues concerning telemedicine , which are extremely important in today’s reality, as well as the dissemination of telemedicine solutions and its links with the insurance industry.
